The QAQC Manager will be responsible for the management on all aspects of planning and daily activities which are related to the quality of the products, processes and services and management of Plant, supplier, subcontractor and client Quality.

Roles and responsibilities:
* Management of the quality team
* Management of the quality team
* Management of the quality system
* Management of ISO issues (certification, deployment of quality policy, management review…) and all other certification (API…)
* Management of TPI
* Conduct inspection on casing and tubing connections as per API 5CT Specs.
* Conduct third party inspections for key clients when requested.
* Witness make on torque on tubing and casing.
* Review quality plans submitted by contractors and clients.
* Ensure that inspections are carried out to clients approved quality plan.
* Ensure that company’s quality plan is implemented and maintained in full compliance with ISO 9001 and API 5CT.
* Ensure that quality control plans are in place for all existing and planned products and services.
* Ensure correct application and control of API 5CT standards
* Check plans and drawings prior to fabrication.
* Responsible for implementation of route card before and after work is done.
* Responsible for issuing non conformity reports (NCR) in all cases where materials, items, processes or any activity affecting quality that does not conform to the specified requirements drawing, specifications and procedures etc.
* Responsible for final inspection on manufactured piece as per drawing specification.
* Responsible for calibration of measuring tools such as micrometer, caliper, gauges etc.
* Conduct threads inspection on API 5CT (casing & tubing) and premium connections.
* Maintain documented records of all fabrication for verification and traceability.
* Conduct receiving inspection, repair and recertification of casing and tubing.
* Assume control and institutes corrective action in critical situations and investigate cause and preventive action.
* Develop and maintain up-to-date operating and emergency procedures.
* Establish and maintain personnel monitoring program and storage facilities.
* Prepare all time sheets for approval.
* Revise all existing work instructions and procedures and create new if necessary
* Conduct internal audit frequently and present to manager.
* Manage the quality claim from customer or to supplier
* Be in charge of all gages and follow the calibration date.
* Ensure the guaranty of conformity on products before shipment to the customer.
* Management of process supervision and process certification
* Has to communicate with other quality manager of the group.
* Observe all safety, health and environmental standards.
